Civil Service Employees Insurance Group (CSE) provides outstanding claims service to all of our customers.  You can report your claim through your Independent CSE Agent or directly to the company by calling 800-282-6848, option 3.  The CSE Claims Department is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to take your calls.  You can also use our claims/loss reporting forms for non-urgent claims handling.
