Eligibility: All Regular Full Time and Regular Part Time (30hrs/week minimum) employees and their qualified dependents are eligible for CSE's medical/dental/vision benefits described below. Coverage will be effective the 1st of the month following the first 30 days of employment. Note: If the employees waives/declines coverage, he/she must wait until the next open enrollment period to join, unless he/she experiences a qualifying change in family status. Evidence of insurability may then be required.

Medical Benefits: CSE offers a choice of two medical plans - a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or a Preferred Provider Option (PPO). Both plans include a prescription drug discount plan.
Dental Benefits: The company offers two choices of dental care as well. An EPO and PDP (Preferred Plan) covering preventative care, basic and major dental work including Orthodontia.
Vision Benefits: All eligible employees and their dependents will be covered by the vision plan at no extra cost to the employee.

Flexible Spending Accounts: CSE offers two choices of reimbursement accounts; an unreimbursed medical account and a dependent/child-care account. These savings accounts allow the employee to put aside pre-tax dollars each month for anticipated medical and dependent/child-care expenses that are not covered by insurance.

Long Term Disability: Long term disability insurance is provided as a source of income protection should you become disabled as a result of a non- occupational injury or illness. A core plan is provided by CSE at no cost to the employee.

Employee Assistance Plan: Employees and their covered dependents can receive no-cost, confidential help for a wide range of personal and work-related concerns through the company's Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Life Insurance and AD&D: Employees are provided with life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) at no cost to the employee.

Retirement Savings Plan: Employees with one (1) year of service and 1,000 hours of service are eligible to participate in CSE's 401(k) plan. Eligible employees may elect to defer pre-tax dollars up to 20% of salary (subject to restrictions) into a 401(k) account. The company also offers a matching contribution and a profit sharing bonus in which employees are 100% vested after 4 years of service.

Eligibility: All Regular Full Time and Regular Part Time (24hrs/week minimum) are eligible for the following paid time off benefits:

Vacation Time: Eligible employees will begin to earn vacation time at the rate of one (1) day per month during the first year of employment (total of 12 days annually). The amount of vacation employees accrue each year increases with the length of their employment.
Personal Time: CSE provides two (2) days per year of paid personal time to eligible employees who wish to take time off from work duties to fulfill personal obligations.
Sick Time: Paid sick leave benefits accrue at a rate of twelve (12) days per year for all eligible employees (1 day for every full month of service). Employees may only use sick leave benefits due to their own illness or injury. Use of sick time is subject to the company's standards/policies on attendance and punctuality.

Holidays: A minimum of nine (9) paid holidays for all eligible employees each year.
